Land and Building

God has blessed New Hope with a beautiful piece of property and building so we may Worship together and host special events. Significant resouces are spent and many volunteer hours are donated to ensure the proper care and stewardship of this blessing. Each week members of New Hope volunteer to clean the building, mow the grass, landscape and plow snow. Through this incredible team of volunteers, New Hope is able to reallocate resources saved to many worthwhile organizations and ministry needs.

This is a great way to volunteer for those that cannot commit to a rigid schedule. Volunteers generally serve one time each month with a time commitment of one to three hours.

Wherever you chose to serve, just know you’ll be a blessing to someone – perhaps someone you’ll never meet or know. Cleaning the building, cutting the grass, painting a hallway may seem more like a necessary chore than a ministry. Please realize, our building is used often by various charities and service organizations throughout the year. Many lives are changed each year by the counseling and meetings that happen on the New Hope property. Women in crisis are counseled, foster children programs train here, married couples start a new life here and grieving families are comforted here as they say goodbye to a loved one. So while some of what we do may seem routine or unimportant, the lasting life changing events which result from our volunteers is anything but routine or unimportant.

Please take some time to review our various ministries and feel welcome to contact any of our ministry leaders if you have any questions.
